Tra la fine di marzo e l’inizio di aprile si \u00e8 concluso un importante passaggio per il mondo della Vernaccia di San Gimignano: l’imbottigliamento della vendemmia 2024. Un momento che segna la chiusura di un ciclo iniziato mesi prima in vigna e che ora si concretizza nelle bottiglie pronte per essere raccontate, degustate e condivise.<\/span><\/p>\n Come ogni anno, la nuova annata verr\u00e0 presentata ufficialmente a San Gimignano durante l’evento organizzato dal Consorzio della Vernaccia. Sabato 17 e domenica 18 maggio, in Piazza della Cisterna, produttori, appassionati e operatori del settore si incontreranno attorno ai banchi di assaggio per celebrare questo vino simbolo del territorio.<\/span><\/p>\n Nel frattempo, nei vigneti, la natura segue il suo ritmo. Il periodo dell’imbottigliamento corrisponde a quello in cui la vite si risveglia, i primi germogli fanno capolino e si apre un nuovo capitolo del ciclo vegetativo. Mentre il vino appena imbottigliato \u00e8 pronto per raccontare la stagione passata, la pianta guarda gi\u00e0 avanti, verso il futuro raccolto.<\/span><\/p>\n Questo passaggio continuo tra ci\u00f2 che si \u00e8 concluso e ci\u00f2 che sta per iniziare \u00e8 ci\u00f2 che rende il vino cos\u00ec profondamente legato alla terra. A moment that marks the end of a cycle that began months earlier in the vineyard and now takes shape in bottles ready to be shared, tasted, and told.<\/p>\n As every year, the new vintage will be officially presented in San Gimignano during the event organized by the Consorzio della Vernaccia. On Saturday, May 17 and Sunday, May 18, Piazza della Cisterna will host tasting stands where producers, wine lovers, and professionals will gather to celebrate this iconic wine of the region.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, in the vineyards, nature follows its rhythm. The bottling period coincides with the moment when the vine awakens: the first buds appear, and a new chapter in the vegetative cycle begins. While the freshly bottled wine tells the story of the past season, the vine is already looking ahead to the next harvest.<\/p>\n This continuous transition between what has ended and what is about to begin is what makes wine so deeply connected to the land.
